Data we process

Divainary has no user accounts or forms. When you visit the site we process:

• Technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time), logged by the hosting server for security.
• Preferences stored in your own browser (chosen language and country and a temporary copy of prices), which are not sent to this site.
• If you consent, data used to show advertising, processed by Google as explained below.

Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service and keeping it secure: legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Showing advertising, personalised or not, and measuring its performance: your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Google advertising

This site uses Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, identifiers and IP addresses to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites, limit how often you see an ad and measure results. If you do not consent, Google may show non-personalised ads, which also use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention.

Other providers

• Web hosting: OVH SAS (France), acting as data processor.
• Product images: loaded from the servers of Divain (Shopify) and other shops, which receive your IP address.

International transfers

Google and other providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider. Preferences stored in your browser remain until you delete them. Google’s retention periods are described in its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to denork@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or with the supervisory authority of your country.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 14.
