Purpose
Divainary is an independent comparison site for dupe perfumes: it matches perfumes from different shops with the original fragrances that inspire them and shows their prices. The equivalence is the one each shop publishes or, where it does not state it, the one in public equivalence tables. This site does not sell products: any purchase is made in the relevant shop, which is solely responsible for its products, prices and terms of sale.
No affiliation and trademarks
Divainary is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of the shops or brands mentioned. Perfume names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive and informational purposes only. A perfume presented as inspired by another does not mean they are the same product or that their makers are related.
Prices and information
Prices, discounts and availability are collected daily from each shop’s website and may change at any time. They are indicative and do not include shipping: the valid price is the one shown in the shop at the time of purchase. Although we try to keep the information accurate, its accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The design, original texts and code of Divainary belong to its owner. Product images and third-party content belong to their respective owners. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to contacto@divainary.com and it will be removed as soon as possible.

The site includes links to third-party websites, such as the shops compared. Divainary does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies or terms.
Advertising
Divainary is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are identified as such. See the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
Liability
The owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from interruptions or technical errors, except where the law provides otherwise.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable rules, including consumer protection rules where relevant.
